Discover the forest sanctuary of your dreams. Oregon Coast Forest Therapy offers unique forest therapy experiences at The Magic Rainforest, a 20-acre privately owned temperate rainforest located on the North Oregon Coast.
This magical forest sanctuary is alive with low hanging moss, leafy ferns, and flourishing wildflowers. Visitors can watch salmon swimming up Coal Creek and if you search closely enough, you may even spot a fairy door!
This forest is dedicated to its founder Gwendolyn Endicott, whose passion for forest wellness is kept alive through this magical retreat. Gwendolyn’s vision of healing through nature has inspired this tranquil forest experience. She believed in the power of nature and desired to share that message with the world.
What is Forest Therapy?
Forest Therapy was inspired by the Japanese practice of forest bathing (or shinrin yoku), a practice that invites you to immerse yourself in nature, awakening your senses (sight, sound, smell, and touch).
You can connect to nature in a new way through our guided forest therapy walk. On this journey, you will be guided through a series of “invitations” that will breathe new life into your senses.
